Directions

A1 from the North: Leave A1 at exit marked A19, Tyne Tunnel and Tynemouth. On A19, at Silverlink roundabout take exit marked A1058 and Tynemouth. Continue on A1058 until you reach the coast. Turn left at the roundabout on the seafront and follow this road for approx 1.5 miles. You will see the Rex Hotel on the left, turn left here and the Windsor is half way up South Parade on your left.A1 from the South: On A1 continue past Washington Services at junction 64 and merge onto the A194M. Take second exit at the roundabout and join onto the A194. From A194 join onto the A19 north. Follow signposts marked Tyne Tunnel, this is a toll tunnel and the approx cost is £1.00 per car. On leaving the tunnel, at the roundabout take the exit marked A19, Tynemouth. You will approach the Silverlink Roundabout, follow instructions as above from here.
